Below are examples of models previously built by RFC. All of our models are built to do the work for you and tailor made for your needs. We will incorporate the use of macros for repetative tasks where possible and include self populating summary tabs, cutting down on time and resource! The use of your company colours and logos means the models will be all you need for your management reporting. No messing around with presentations as all models are formatted down to the very last detail, ready to print. 

Simple Everyday Models

Exchange Rate Converter  

This is an example of an simple everyday model. It will return the exchange rate for the specified currencies on a specified date from drop down lists. 

Analysis Models

Club Utilisation Model 
This is an example of a Club Utilisation Model with multiple tabs. With minimal monthly input this model utilises club capacity, instructors, studios and class utilisation.

The below screen shot show Mondays classes in May. Classes, times, instructors and studios are picked from drop down lists. These will normally stay the same unless a new class, instructor or studio is introduced. ***(You can add in new classes, instructors or studios at the click of a button, to see how to do this see below)                                                                                          The instructor will add their class occupancies into the yellow cells and this will automatically calculate class, instructor and studios occupancies and populate summary tabs.

From the below example we can clearly see class capacity on Mondays in May was on average at 81% capacity. You can clearly see what areas need attention.

The below screenshot is an example of one of the summaries that will automatically populate with no input from you, cutting down on time and resource! This tab is protected so staff cannot change results, a good control. This also means that you will always have an up to date view on every aspect of your business at any time.                                                                                  This model also has control checks on every tab. From the below example, the X means something has been incorrectly entered into the model. You can look at other tabs and investigate .

 ***                                                                                                                                The below tab is the 'maintainance tab'. This is where you change the date which will feed through and work out days on the other tabs. ***This is also where you would add in new instructors, classes and studios. Enter the new instructor/class/studio into the yellow cells (or delete from) and click the sort button. This will sort instructor, class and studios into alphabetical order and also add onto the other summary tabs and populate the data validation lists. By clicking the sort button at any point will update the spreadsheet and reformat and lock protected cells and worksheets.
